DELIVERY INFORMATION

We’re pleased to offer delivery to most Sunshine Coast areas Monday to Friday. Below you’ll find a list of the areas we cover. If you don’t see your suburb, give us a call before ordering to check if we’re able to deliver to you.

Orders placed on a weekday before 1pm will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the following weekday.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not deliver on a Saturday. All online orders placed after 1pm Friday can either be collected in person at our store on Saturday between 8.30am and 1.30pm or will be delivered on the following Monday.

Can I specify a delivery time?

We can’t promise a specific time when your flowers will be delivered, but please call ahead before ordering and we’ll do our best if our schedule allows.

We are unable to provide follow-up confirmations of delivery. Should you have any questions about your delivery please phone us so we can address your query.

If no one is home:

If the recipient isn’t available, when possible the courier will leave the arrangement with someone else at the premises who can accept the delivery.

If there is not be a suitable person to receive the order, the courier will attempt to leave the order in a shaded and secure spot.

If there is nowhere suitable to leave your flowers, a note will be left to call us to arrange re-delivery. A $15.00 re-delivery fee will apply.
